REFUND POLICY
Miracle Solution can't be held responsible for the theft of parcels or hijackings of the delivery vehicle. Our products are packed in such a way to withstand rough handling, but not the mishandling actions of the couriers. Please make sure that you order the correct items, as we do not accept returns due to health and safety reasons. Should any product not be up to standard, Miracle Solution will not refund that item but will replace the same article on the company's expenses. Should there be any shortages in the parcel, the client must report it within 24 hours and it will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
